Help to Buy Equity Loan Applications
To apply for a Help to Buy Equity Loan you should first identify your potential Help to Buy property by visiting schemes and completing a reservation form which we will need a copy of along with your application.
You will then complete a Help to Buy Property Information Form which is available from the developer or for you to fill out online. You must complete this with your personal details and all the details of your proposed purchase.
You then need to print the form, sign it and send it to us with a copy of your reservation form. You also need to complete a Direct Debit Form which will be emailed to you upon submission of the online form.
The signed Property Information Form, a copy of the builder's signed reservation form and Direct Debit Form must be sent to us either via email or by post to:-

Please note we will not progress your application until we receive a signed copy of all forms.
Shared Ownership Applications
You can apply for Shared Ownership and other low cost housing by completing our online form. You must complete all sections of the form and provide as much detail as possible.
Once you click submit we will receive your application and you will be notified as your application progresses or contacted if we need more information from you.
