Help to Buy

If you are applying for Help to Buy you will need to have reserved a property before you apply, as we require the details of the property you are going to purchase. You can then complete the Property Information Form (PIF) and submit this to us, along with your reservation form.

We require you to print and sign the PIF and either email or post this to us. You must also complete a Direct Debit Form (available below) for the £1 per month management fee you will pay if accepted onto the scheme. This will be emailed to you once you complete your application. Your application process won’t start until we receive signed copies of all these forms. If you are applying for Low Cost Home Ownership please ensure the development you choose on your application offers the scheme you wish to apply for, which will be either:

  • Older Person's Shared Ownership (OPSO)
  • Rent to Buy
  • Shared Equity
  • Shared Ownership
