David Wilson Homes NW to host Help to Buy weekend at Walton Locks, Warrington
David Wilson Homes (DWH) North West, will this weekend host a dedicated Help to Buy event at its brand new, luxury Walton Locks apartments in Warrington, Cheshire.
Buyers interested in purchasing through the Government’s popular Help to Buy – Equity Loan product can find out everything they want to know about the scheme throughout the weekend. Free, impartial mortgage advice will also be available between 11-4 on Saturday, courtesy of an independent financial advisor from Acumen, who will offer expert guidance on the mortgage market, deposits, fees and other costs associated with buying a home.
Visitors to the sales office this weekend will also be able to make use of a £500 reservation fee, which provides breathing space while saving a deposit and exclusive carpet and vinyl packages for selected plots.
Walton Locks includes a mix of stunning waterside apartments as well as beautiful family homes. Located on Chester Road in South Warrington, the development is set close to the Manchester Ship Canel and Walton Hall, offering peace and tranquillity alongside commuter links via both road and rail.
DWH North West Sales Director, Steve Jackson, said: “Buying a house is obviously a massive commitment and working through the financial arrangements can seem confusing for even the most experienced of house hunters. That’s why we wanted to run a special weekend specifically for first time buyers, showcasing exactly what needs to be done in order to purchase your perfect first home. The on-site advisor and our sales team will provide simple, honest advice, as well as great packages and exclusive offers to provide a helping hand for those looking to get their first foot on the property ladder.”
Homes at Walton Lock included two and three bed houses and apartments with prices ranging from £162,495 to £200,495.
