Lea View is being built with family life in mind featuring a range of three, four and five bedroom homes located just outside the historic town of Runcorn. Each home will feature open plan, modern living spaces – ideal for entertaining friends and raising a family. What’s more, there are long peaceful walks along the Bridgewater Canal, just around the corner.

Alongside the attractive mix of new homes, five star housebuilder DWH North West is also building new bus stops along the main access road that runs through the development.  It will also make a substantial contribution to Halton Council of an estimated £14,500 per home – a total of around £1.5 million pounds. The funds will be used to help fund community infrastructure, including road improvements and education provision.

DWH North West, which was named in 2015 as a five star house builder for a record sixth year in a row, is set to complete all the homes by 2020.
