Luxury Cheshire homes now available with government’s Help to Buy Scheme

New homes at St Elphin’s View, the luxury development in the Cheshire countryside, are now available to purchase with the government’s Help to Buy scheme.

Phase two of the new development, by Liverpool developer Atrium, is made up of five new build properties, each with four bedrooms. Situated near to the charming villages of Daresbury and Hatton, the homes at St Elphin’s View are perfect for anyone looking for a countryside home, yet doesn’t want to be somewhere too remote.

The new build detached homes will come complete with private gardens, designated parking and panoramic views over the beautiful Cheshire countryside.

Help to Buy is a government scheme which allows buyers to purchase a brand new home priced up to £600,000 with as little as a 5% cash deposit.

With this Equity Loan, the government will lend buyers the first 20% of the cost of a new-build home, so buyers only need a 5% deposit and a 75% mortgage to make up the rest. New home owners will start paying interest on the loan after the first five years of owning the house. The capital is repaid when the property is sold or the mortgage term ends (up to a maximum of 25 years).

Help to Buy is available to those wanting to move up the property ladder, as well as those wanting to take their first steps. The new build homes at St Elphin’s View are perfect for those with growing families who are looking for more room, and the houses can be purchased with just a 5% deposit.

Jayne Holley, general manager of Atrium, says: “We’re really pleased that the new build homes at St Elphin’s View are now available to purchase with Help to Buy. They’re beautiful family homes and will be great for anyone wanting to move on or up the property ladder with a little bit of help.

“The show home for the new build houses will open on 26th September for all prospective buyers and the team from Atrium will be on hand to answer questions about the new properties and the Help to Buy scheme. After this date viewings should be arranged via our selling agents Meller Braggins.”

Prices are £535,000 for the new build homes.

The open day will take place on Saturday 26 September from 11am to 5pm. To view the properties or request more details, contact Meller Braggins on 01925 210 021.
