Work to create a new residential development in Kirkham is now well underway, says local housebuilder, Barratt Manchester, which is getting ready to open the doors of its stylish new show homes this Saturday 6 August.
Five star housebuilder is to build 180 contemporary new homes at The Spinnings development in Kirkham – with many now fully constructed and ready to view.
The Spinnings comprises of three, four and five bedroom homes, designed to accommodate a wide range of families. A number of the homes have already been snapped up off-plan following the development’s sales cabin launch in February, but the show homes’ launch will now give buyers a first glimpse inside the finished homes.
Located in the sought-after town of Kirkham, just 15 minutes from the bustle of Blackpool and only a ten minute commute by train to Preston, The Spinnings is ideally situated for families, enjoying a tranquil, semi-rural setting, boasting excellent local shops and community facilities, as well as good local schools.
Alongside the much needed mix of new homes, Barratt Manchester is also contributing a sum of £219,500 to the local council towards the provision of community amenities, including a footbridge, public transport and a speed limit review.
Commenting on the launch of its show homes, Barratt Manchester Sales Director, Michaela Lancaster, said:
"We have seen demand for new homes in this area expand very quickly over the last few months and interest in the development has been high since day one. This is a very popular location for a number of reasons, and we’re pleased to say that we are on track with our building schedule.
“We’re excited to be unveiling our new show homes, which not only showcase the great design and layout of our three different house types, but also feature incredibly stylish, contemporary interiors designed to inspire all who view them.”
Barratt Homes, which was named in 2016 as a five star housebuilder for a record seventh year in a row, is set to complete the homes in 2020.
The Spinning show home launch is on Saturday 6 August, open from 10am – 5.30pm.
For those who cannot make the launch, the show homes will be open every Thursday through Sunday from 10am-5.30pm and on Mondays from 12.30pm – 5.30pm.
Homes are priced from £224,995, and offer a range of buying schemes including Help to Buy and Part Exchange.
