St Elphin’s View show home opened its doors to prospective buyers on Saturday 26 September.
St Elphin’s view, a luxury development in the heart of Cheshire’s countryside, held an open day on Saturday for house hunters looking to take the next step on the property ladder.
House hunters from across Cheshire came through the doors of the show home to view the new build homes.
The second phase of this stunning development consists of five four-bed homes, idyllically located on an old dairy farm, formerly owned by the Daresbury Estate. The new homes at the luxury development are now available to purchase with the government’s Help to Buy scheme.
Situated near to the beautiful villages of Daresbury and Hatton, St Elphin’s View perfectly balances a rural feel with the convenience of local amenities. Motorway connections are easily accessible for commuters too, with the development sitting half way between Manchester and Liverpool.
The open day gave prospective buyers the chance to come and explore the exciting second-phase of the development.
The detached homes are complete with private gardens, designated parking, and panoramic views of the Cheshire countryside.
Inside, home buyers were impressed by the elegant design features throughout the show home – including exposed beams in the bedroom to hark back to the history of the site.
The project was spearheaded by Liverpool developers, Atrium.
Atrium’s general manager, Jayne Holley, says: “This is a beautiful development and we could not wait to show it off to prospective buyers – we knew they would be impressed!
“We are absolutely delighted at the number of visitors who came along to view the show home and with all their positive feedback”
Prices are £535,000 for the new build homes. If you missed the open day, or if you want to request more details about the property, contact Meller Braggins on 01925 210 021.
