The First Time Buyer Show returns to Manchester on Saturday 7th October 2017.

Following the success of the first show in the city last year, the event is set to be hosted at the Lancashire County Cricket Club from 10am until 3pm, and will be free to attend.

First-time buyers will be able to find out everything they need to know about getting onto the property ladder, from free mortgage and legal advice to a wide range of properties that are currently available for purchase. Prospective purchasers will also be able to find out about the schemes available to help them buy a home including Shared Ownership and the Help to Buy Equity Loan scheme.

Alison Gittins, Head of Help to Buy North West, says, “The show is a really unique opportunity for prospective buyers to be able to speak to a range of advisors under one roof about purchasing a home. Visitors will get the chance to speak to financial advisors, solicitors and house builders in a non-pressurised environment to find out more about the process of buying a home. The Help to Buy North West team will also be there on the day to offer help and guidance on the Help to Buy Equity Loan scheme and Shared Ownership.”

In association with First Time Buyer Magazine, exhibitors on the day will include house builders, mortgage advisors, solicitors and financial advisors. A series of useful seminars will also be held throughout the event, offering further practical advice about buying a home.
